The Radio Program

Three people work closely together and one person finds it irritating when the other two listen to a radio program at work. Question to ask learners: Is there a first amendment right to free speech in the workplace? (No). Could the radio program be offensive to co-workers? Could someone perceive the message of the radio program as anti-women and/or anti-working women? Is that a protected trait?
