Flagging a Problem

Reporting a concern can sometimes take courage - but it is a critical step in identifying and resolving problems. Thoughtless acts by managers and coworkers can hurt individuals and make them less likely to raise legitimate concerns. That makes it hard to correct issues and can violate our policies and the law.
