Interviewing the Wrong Way

A hiring manager interviews an applicant at a cafe and does all the talking. They proceed to discuss sports rather than the job requirements. Questions to ask learners: How much information did this manager get from the applicant? Does the hiring manager have any idea how the applicant would perform on the job?
